400 participants showed up for the simulacrum of a planned bicycle path connecting the four central districts of San Jose. The local event was co-organized by A Foundation in the context of the global mobility day, which was orchestrated by 350.org.
An official petition for the realization of the bicycle path was handed over to mayor Johnny Araya and the Costa Rican minister of culture who have now assured its construction in 2012. Some of the press coverage can be viewed at La Nacion and Teletica.
