Today, A Foundation presented the manual for the design and construction centers in Costa Rica to the Ministry for Health. The proposals are based on a Design & Build Studio at the Universidad Latina; the manual contains a chapter on the prototypical construction of a Recycling and Community Center on Chira Island.
