After conducting a study on Sustainable Agriculture Value Chains in Central America, Belgian NGO Trias asked A Company to also assist with the development of the regional chapter of their new institutional strategy that sets a focus on gender and youth related to micro-enterprise and value chain development for organic and fairtrade farmers. A first version of the strategic plan was presented to and discussed with the local key stakeholders in El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala, leading to the formulation of a call for proposals addressed to local organizations and their networks.
